Roy grew up in the Merseyside, surrounded by musical mates and so began his journey of buying and collecting records, many unusual or rare.

Clocktower began as a market stall, the perfect medium for the millions of vinyl records Roy had collected over the years and he became a magnet for musos.

His shop has become the same – a destination, and with his highly talented and gifted team, the crew, it is little surprise he won a top slot in the Long Live Vinyl Independent Record Shop of the Year competition and Number One Best Independent Record Store in the south.

Clocktower boasts a vamped-up décor, world-class photography from some of the most compelling artists of our time and of course its vast stock of pre-owned and new vinyl records, CDs and cassettes from the much-pressed to the ultra-rare.
